1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping rather than the date of order. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Usually our deliveries take up to 5 days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, customs delays, or carrier issues.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.

6. Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will contact you to arrange an alternative solution.

7. Damages and Lost Packages

Jeebeat Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
