Jeebeat Shop Return and Refund Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom printed products (unless they arrive damaged or defective)
  • Gift cards

Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us at support@jeebeatshop.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond promptly with instructions on how to return your items.

2. Refunds

Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@gmail.com

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at support@jeebeatshop.com with your order number and details about the product. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.

4. Shipping Returns

To return your product, cotact us to get shipping details.

Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@jeebeatshop.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for returning the item.
